The THIS1 blue mark products are characterized by the uniqueness of the production process and careful selection of ingredients - the recipe of each bread is created as a result of months of trials carried out in a traditional family bakery. The referees, developed in accordance with the principles of healthy nutrition, have a high biological value and a very good amino acid profile.

THIS1 bread mixes are made from selected flour: linseed, almond, coconut and sunflower, selected in optimal proportions so that the ingredients contained in the finished bread are rich in vitamins and minerals.

THIS1 products do not contain soy and are free of genetically modified ingredients, they are optimal for diabetic, low carb and ketogenic diets.

Almond THIS1 blend allows you to bake a large loaf of low-carb bread, and after dividing it into smaller pieces of delicate and aromatic white rolls. It is intended both for baking in the oven and bread makers (breadmakers).

One of the main ingredients of Almond's white low carb bread THIS1 is a mixture of gluten-free flours, among which the dominant is almond flour and apricot kernel, supplemented with flour from defatted linseed. The bread THIS1 Almond uses flour from golden linseed - golden ground is more expensive and harder to obtain than brown, it is valued due to better taste and higher content of phyto-nutrients. Linseed combines three unique features: the omega-3 richness, high lignans (or phytoestrogens) and beneficial mucus, which is a unique composition of advantages against other seeds and nuts, putting flaxseed in one league with the strongest superfoods.
