Dark brown flour with a characteristic evening primrose flavor is an excellent additive enriching the taste of yogurt, breakfast cereals and low carb and gluten free pastries. Flour does not require thermal processing, so it can be eaten raw.
Primrose flour is a natural source of GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) and minerals, vitamins and flavonoids. GLA helps promote cancer prevention, strengthens the immune system and helps prevent cardiovascular disease.
Efavit gluten-free flour is produced by cold-drawn oil from the seed base. As a result, the valuable ingredients remain intact, the fiber content remains unchanged and the vegetable fat content in the finished flours is reduced to <10% of the evening meal has only 8% fat
