We managed to enclose this pistachio sweetness in the form of golden droplets, thanks to its cannon formula it is perfect for cookies and pistachio cheesecake (must try !!), but also as a traditional aromatic addition to omelettes, desserts and milk meals: yoghurts, oatmeal, cocktails, great for flavoring homemade ice cream and for adding protein supplements.
It took us nearly 2 years to work on both Funky Flavors aromas, this time was necessary to find the pistachio holy grail and discover a formula that captures the taste and aroma of pistachios, and is devoid of marzipan notes, so stubbornly felt in most ready-made pistachio-flavored products. We like marzipan, marzipan is fine, but we wanted to create a pistachio flavor - and that's what we're putting into your hands.
The result of two years of work is as many as two pistachio aromas - both strongly pistachio and essential, but with different flavor characters. Funky Flavors Pistachio Ice Cream is sweet, even sweet, creamy-pistachio, the sweetness is balanced with the aroma, the aroma of pistachio ice cream is sweeter than the Funky Flavors Crema di Pistacchio, in which the intensity of the pistachio aroma prevails over sweetness, pistachios play the first fiddle, and only in the background white chocolate is felt to soothe the note, the advantage of the intensity of the aroma over the sweetness is the biggest difference between the aroma of the pistachio cream and the ice cream. In addition, Funky Flavors Crema di Pistacchio has a different composition, thanks to the formula used it is very durable in baking (long-term heat treatment).
