Storage: store in a dry place, in a tightly closed container, protected from light.
Bread preparation:
- Pour the contents of the package into a bowl, add 30ml of apple cider vinegar and 550ml of hot water
- knead the dough with your hands to form a uniform, sticky mass
- with wet hands, form 6 rolls of equal size and cut them 0.5 cm from the top
- bake WITHOUT THE FORM (important!) at 175C for 45 minutes, or 65 minutes if you do not use convection
- Allow the pastries to cool completely and cut them only when they have reached room temperature
