Preparation: heat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius; Mix 3 eggs, 1/3 cup of melted coconut oil and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (and optionally 2 tablespoons of sweetener), then add the Good Dee's blend. Mix thoroughly. Fill the muffin liners a little over half (about 12 muffins). Bake for 18-20 minutes. Leave to cool.
