A method of preparing:
Pancakes (6 pieces): Add 98g of Mix Maple Grove to a mixture of 175ml cold water, 2 eggs and 3 tablespoons of oil. Blend the whisk or blend until a homogeneous consistency, leave for a few minutes. Fry in batches on a well-heated pan turning over to the other side when bubbles appear on the surface.
Waffles: Proceed as with pancakes, pour the finished dough in batches to the waffle maker according to the instructions, using a high degree of warming up the appliance.
