Storage: store in a dry place, in a tightly closed container, protected from light.
Bread preparatin:
- Pour the contets of the package into a bowl, add 20ml of apple cider vinegar and 420ml of water
- knead the dough with your hands to form a uniform, sticky mass
- with wet hands, form 6 equal balls of dough, shape each into a bagel shape
- bake WITHOUT THE FORM (important!) at 175C for 40 minutes, or 50 minutes if you do not use convection
- Allow the pastries to cool completely and cut them only when they have reached room temperature
