The package contains a base mix for baking 12 muffins or cut into 25 pieces of dough in a rectangular form measuring 22cm x 28cm. Approximate weight of ready dough about 0.65kg
Ingredients: a proprietary blend of tapioca, almond and coconut flours, flax meal, cocoa, inulin chicory root fiber, polydextrose fiber, baking powder, salt, natural stevia rebaudiana leaf, natural luo han guo monk fruit.

Storage: Store in a dry place in a tightly closed container.
Ingredients:
- 2 medium eggs, beaten into fluffy foam (you can add one extra egg to increase the volume of the cake)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 75g of melted unsalted butter
- 125g sour cream min. 18% (do not use low-fat cream), or oily natural yogurt
- LC-Brownie Mix® content
Preparation:
- mix wet ingredients
- add wet ingredients to the LC-Brownie Mix® and mix thoroughly, either manually or with an electric mixer
- pour the dough into a greased form
- bake at 190 ° C for 19-21 minutes to a dry stick, if you cut muffins shorten the baking time by about 4 minutes
- after removing the dough from the oven, wait at least 15 minutes before removing it from the mold, otherwise it may fall apart or crumble during cutting
- freshly baked dough can be cut into pieces and frozen for up to 3 months
